HAPPY EASTER COLOURING COMPETITION 2020!

We are excited to share a fun activity for all Surf Coast kids who are now safely at home; the LINKS Property Happy Easter Colouring competition. For 2020 we have collaborated with local Surf Coast illustrator Sophie Brain who has created a brilliant colouring page. You may recognise Sophie’s fine line drawings from the staff t-shirts at Ocean Grind Coffee. “My style is very minimal and simplistic.” says Sophie, “My illustrations are a reflection of my lifestyle, and are inspired by my surroundings and fun adventures.” We love the quirky bunny and deep sea scene Sophie has created for this years competition.
The conditions to enter are very easy. Simply ask your kids, grand-kids and their friends to colour in the official LINKS colouring page as best they can and then take a photo of the work and post it on our LINKS Property Facebook page or direct message on Instagram. One lucky winner will be chosen to win $100 from LINKS plus, we will draw two runner -up prizes. Entries close end of business, Thursday April 30th, 2020.
Post your finished colouring page to facebook.com/TorquayLinksProperty and @linksproperty. One entry per child. Open to all ages. Free to enter. Parents or guardians, please make sure you sign the page for permission to enter.

Terms & Conditions :
To enter, participants parent or guardian must be a current Facebook subscriber, and/or Instagram follower, and log onto the Links Property Facebook page at facebook.com/Torquaylinksproperty or Instagram, @linksproperty. Take a photo of your child’s work and post it on the LINKS Property Facebook page or direct message to the LINKS Instagram page. As Parent/Guardian you must give your child permission to enter the colouring competition. All entries must be signed and submitted by close of business Thursday April 30th, 2020. One entry only per child will be accepted. The winning entry will be selected by the staff at LINKS Property. The judge’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be announced on Tuesday May 5th, 2020. The Winner’s parent or guardian will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram and must reply to this comment via Facebook or Instagram private message with their full name, contact details and address. The Prize will be presented to the Winner if a resident on the Surf Coast or mailed to preferred secure address supplied by parent or guardian of the Winner. No alternative will be given in substitution of prizes. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
